Antelope Hills is a 336 home subdivision. The Subdivision is covenant controlled and has an active Home owners association.

Each lot is a minimum of 1 Acre and many of the lots are on the golf course.

The development is located 2 miles South of the I70, 25 miles from downtown Denver.

This area is an ideal commuter location for the tec center, you could get from home to the office in 25 minutes.

Life around the course is tranquil, Local wildlife still frequents the area, you can see plenty of rabbits, the other regular visitor is a coyote, you are also likely to spot the developments namesake, the Antelope.
